Program: Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory Tour

The AEE Chicago Chapter, in conjunction with IEEE Chicago Section, Fox Valley Sub-Section, and Joint Chapter on Engineering Management and Professional Communication invite you to a guided tour to show some of the World-Class research and energy management initiatives being done at the Fermilab.

6:00 pm	Welcome to Fermilab: Jane Monhart, DOE Fermi Area Manager
6:10 pm 6:30 pm	Steve Krstulovich, Fermilab, Introductions with wine and cheese Nancy Lanning will be the guide for the Fermilab tour.
7:30 pm	Dinner with presentation, networking, and Q&A on how to apply some of the successful cost saving techniques to your facilities. Utility company representation will be on hand to discuss alternative financing programs available for capital improvements.

Dinner is optional at a cost of $25 per person (pay when you attend). Please make reservations for the tour and dinner by emailing Steve Krstulovich at stevek@fnal.gov with the name of each prospective visitor no later than Monday, May 20th, so the security clearances can be obtained for access to the site.

Visitors must enter and leave via Fermilab’s west gate on Kirk Road at the Pine Street entrance (look for the steel arch at the entrance). We are looking forward to seeing you.
